Deanta is a publishing production management company, based in Dublin, Ireland. Our Irish heritage is reflected in our name, which means ‘fully-fledged’ or ‘complete’. This is representative of who we are, and the end-to-end approach that we take with our work and our professional relationships.
As a business, our structure and foundation is all about our people – finding those who understand and embody both a commitment and drive towards doing the best for our clients, always, is at the heart of our recruitment policy.
We are constantly searching for new and innovative ways to challenge the traditional model of publishing services, to offer solutions that are forward thinking, flexible and tailored to suit the individual needs of each of our clients.
Because we place so much emphasis on our relationships with clients, it is central to our business that our team consists of the best and brightest publishing professionals, who champion our philosophy. Not only are all of our team members highly-trained and skilled, but they are driven, client-focused communicators.
To ensure quality across the board, our standard of recruitment is exceptionally high, and all new members of the team undergo a six-month-long in-house training program, with particular emphasis on technical expertise and soft skills such as leadership, communication and problem-solving. Every member of the team is empowered with the opportunity to lead, make decisions and contribute to the overall direction of our company.
